Welcome to the Bellevue Children’s Academy Chess Club!
- Day: We meet on Fridays after school from 3:00pm-4:15pm.
- Cost: Registration is done through Bellevue Children’s Academy.
- Dates: Our Fall Session starts on September 6 and runs until November 22. We will not have chess on October 11 and November 8. Our Fall make-up class would be on December 6.
- Ages: All students are welcome to join our program. Students will be split up into groups of grades K-1 (BCA1) and grades 2-4 (BCA2).
- Schedule:

- 15 minutes of snack time during attendance
- 20-minutes of practice play while coaches give feedback.
- 20-minutes of interactive and engaging lessons
- 20-minute club tournament round where we track results and pass out Trophies and Medals to our top finishers on the final class.
- Coaching Team: Coach Travis teaches at BCA1 and Coach Harrison teaches at BCA2.
