Welcome to the Kirkland Middle School Chess Club!
- Day: We meet on Wednesdays after school from 12:45pm-1:45pm in the Library.
- Cost: Tuition is $225 per student per 10 week session.
- Schedule: Our Fall Session starts on September 23 and runs until December 9. We will not have club on November 11 and November 26.
- Ages: All Kirkland Middle School Students are welcome to join our program!
- Schedule:
- 5-minutes of snack time during attendance
- 20-minutes of practice play while coaches give feedback.
- 20-minutes of interactive and engaging lessons
- 20-minute club tournament round where we track results and pass out Trophies and Medals to our top finishers on the final class.
- All students receive an Excel with Chess club t-shirt along with weekly optional homework sheets.
- Coaching Team: Coach Tim leads the Kirkland Middle School Chess Club along with Coach Paul.
