Welcome to the Christa McAuliffe Chess Club!
- Day: We meet on Tuesdays before school from 8:10am-9:10am in Portable #.
- Cost: Tuition is $230 per student per 10 week session..
- Dates: Our Fall Session starts on September 29 and runs until December 8. We will not have chess club on October 13.
- Ages: All students grades K-5 are welcome to join our program. Students will be split up into multiple groups based on chess skill and experience!
- Schedule:
- 20-minutes of practice play while coaches give feedback.
- 20-minutes of interactive and engaging lessons
- 20-minute club tournament round where we track results and pass out Trophies and Medals to our top finishers on the final class.
- All students receive an Excel with Chess club t-shirt along with weekly optional homework sheets.
- Coaching Team: Coach Pete leads the Christa McAuliffe Chess Club along with Coach Paul and Coach Jeffrey.
