Welcome to the Clyde Hill Chess Club!
- Day: We meet on Mondays before school from 8:00am-8:55am in the Gym.
- Cost: Tuition is $250 per student per 10 week session.
- Dates: Our Winter Session starts on January 5 and runs until March 30. We will not have class on January 19, January 26 and February 16. Our Spring Session starts on April 13 and runs until June 22. We will not have class on May 25.
- Ages: All students grades K-5 are welcome to join our program. Students will be split up into multiple groups based on chess skill and experience!
- Schedule:
- 15-minutes of practice play while coaches give feedback.
- 20-minutes of interactive and engaging lessons
- 20-minute club tournament round where we track results and pass out Trophies and Medals to our top finishers on the final class.
- All students receive an Excel with Chess club t-shirt along with weekly optional homework sheets.
- Coaching Team: Coach Tim leads the Clyde Hill Chess Club along with Coach Lane and Coach Renée.
