Welcome to the Louisa May Alcott Chess Club!
- Day: We are still working with Alcott PTSA to finalize a day/time. Please reach out to them for any questions: president@alcottptsa.org
- Cost: Tuition is $220 per student per 10 week session.
- Dates: We are still confirming dates and club details with Alcott Elementary PTSA.
- Ages: All students grades K-5 are welcome to join our program. Students will be split up into multiple groups based on chess skill and experience!
- Schedule:
- 10-minutes of snack time during attendance
- 20-minutes of practice play while coaches give feedback.
- 20-minutes of interactive and engaging lessons
- 20-minute club tournament round where we track results and pass out Trophies and Medals to our top finishers on the final class.
- All students receive an Excel with Chess club t-shirt along with weekly optional homework sheets.
- Coaching Team: Coach Pete leads the Louisa May Alcott Chess Club along with Coach Harrison.
