Welcome to the Phantom Lake Chess Club!
- Day: We meet on Fridays after school from 3:15pm-4:15pm. Our chess club will take place in the Cafeteria.
- Cost: Tuition is $250 per student per 10 week session.
- Dates: Our Winter Session starts on January 10 and runs until March 21. We will not have chess on February 21.
- Ages: All students grades K-5 are welcome to join our program. Students will be split up into multiple groups based on chess skill and experience!
- Schedule:
- 5-minutes of snack time during attendance
- 15-minutes of practice play while coaches give feedback.
- 20-minutes of interactive and engaging lessons
- 20-minute club tournament round where we track results and pass out Trophies and Medals to our top finishers on the final class.
- All students receive an Excel with Chess club t-shirt along with weekly optional homework sheets.
- Coaching Team: Coach Tim leads the Phantom Lake Chess Club along with Coach Jerome.
