Welcome to the Sunny Hills Chess Club!
- Day: We meet on Fridays after school from 3:45pm-4:45pm in Activity Wings #240 & #260.
- Cost: Tuition is $220 per student per 10 week session.
- Dates: Our Winter Session starts on January 9 and runs until March 27. We will not have chess on February 20 and March 13.
- Ages: Students will be split up into multiple groups based on grade. We will have Grades K-2 in Activity Wing #240 and Grades 3-5 in Activity Wing #260.
- Schedule:
- 20-minutes of practice play while coaches give feedback.
- 20-minutes of interactive and engaging lessons
- 20-minute club tournament round where we track results and pass out Trophies and Medals to our top finishers on the final class.
- All students receive an Excel with Chess club t-shirt along with weekly optional homework sheets.
- Coaching Team: Coach Peter leads the Sunny Hills Chess Club along with Coach Renée, Coach Tilde and Coach Lane.
